Please check our Availability Calendar to see if the dates you want are available. The red dates in the calendar show booked NIGHTS, and it is possible to arrive or depart on half red dates.
If the dates you prefer are available, please select the dates of ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE, and read our Rental Agreement.

Refund Policy: If cancellation is made within 24hrs of booking all monies will be refunded.  If canceled 90 days prior to arrival, all monies will be refunded, less $40 service charge. If canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire Security Deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation made less than 45 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rent plus taxes unless the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount. All cancellations must be made in writing (email or Fax acceptable)

20 DEC-3 JAN $1800/week (weekly stay) 
4 JAN-20 MAR  $225/night .. $1400/week (3 night stay)
21 MAR-30 MAY $149/night .. $950/week   (2 night stay)
31 MAY-19 DEC $159/night .. $1100/week (2 night stay)
  • 10.9% Lodging Tax
  • Security Deposit - The amount is NOT charged unless penalties are incurred.  Otherwise, cancelled after your stay.
  • PROMO OFFERS! - An adjusted statement will be sent via email, disregard standard pricing at checkout.

Reservations:  Please single click on arrival date and departure date, scroll to bottom page, fill out your reservation request and click "Book" and leave a security deposit (not charged) to hold desired dates.  Reservations made without a deposit will be cancelled after 24 hours.

The rental amount is shown when you select your dates, but only the refundable Security Deposit of $275 will be collected after booking. Your total amount will be sent to your e-mail account within 24Hrs for easy online payment.
